  2. Use Time Wisely (1.5 hours) – Making the right choices about the time you have for yourself and others, allocating your time so you can get the most out of your day
  3. Set and Reset (1.5 hours) – Setting up the journey through planning and goal setting and using reflection to reset and realign
  4. Unite (1.5 hours) – Building your community, fostering teamwork based on strengths and ensuring positive relationships are maintained

This is for Managers who lead teams or 5 or more people and are ready to focus on and their personal leadership style to improve the outcomes they are achieving.

Our Goal is to understand your leadership behaviours and take focused and supported action to improve your overall results. To also understand your default behaviours and the impact they are having, set goals and build momentum around following through and completing actions. Get a fresh perspective on current challenges and be supported to make the necessary changes. Strict confidentiality is maintained at all times.
